Well, made it very plush on the inside. Turned around and bought a second one a week later. If you have a long barrel, this is it for you.

I bought this 54 inch case to accommodate a rifle with a can on the end. In the end I returned it because it was less that an inch too short since the end goes to a point, instead of being boxed. If it was boxed I'm sure it would hand been the perfect solution. The pockets were large and the zippers look good. Loops on both ends are convenient for storage. The canvas exterior looks durable and the interior was very soft with lots of padding. If I didn't already have a surplus of cases I would have kept it since it is shotgun length and would have extra space for optics, Pistol grip or a sling.

I bought this for my Stoeger M3000, which measures 49.75” that won’t fit in a 52” case. This case fits my Stoeger m3k even with the red dot installed. Good storage room in the external pockets too.
