My grandparents bought us this beautiful crib. Was so happy with everything. Just got the toddler rail in, and what the h3ll. Seriously. It's a completely different color. Different width. Came in two pieces. Looks very different than what is advertised. The screws it came with are way too long. And worst, because it's a 2 piece held together by a single screw, it's bows out. Not sturdy what so ever. No way my daughter (whom is only 17 months) could learn on it without it bowing away from the bed looking like it will snap. No way to secure the middle piece to the crib either. Seriously, what the hell....

I received it and even tho it is marked the same color as the original bed, it is not and the screws are too long for it so it isn't sturdy.

Works pretty decent, just wish the railing was a little taller. We have a normal thickness Dream on Me mattress and the railing only comes up a few inches above that. I dislike that the railing edges are a bit too squared off, I'd like it better if it they were more rounded. I like that the opening is wide enough for them to crawl in and out of bed easily and the railing was easy to install.

We were led to believe this was a full crib when it is, in fact, just a guard rail.

My crib/toddler mattress is a standard height and this railing only goes a few inches above it. Not a sufficient height to me. Mine came broken, bar by bed opening, but I bought it a year before we would need so can’t send back. I glued & taped to fit. But my son puts weight on that spot while climbing in and out. That spot should have better support in general or be a stronger wood.
