I didn't have to add any holes to this to get it to fit like I did with the fender liner. It is not the same as the OE part, though. It is much more flexible and actually comes folded up in a smaller box. I laid it out in the sun to get rid of the folds and it flattened out nicely. With all of the fasteners in place, it looks good and doesn't sag even though it's not rigid. I would probably buy this again since it's so much cheaper than the OE piece.

Don't waste your money on this junk. Purchased to replace the OEM splash shield on our daughter's car. Doesn't even fit anywhere close and so flimsy there's no integrity to it whatsoever. Don't worry about that though, the holes aren't even in the right spot so you can't install it anyway! This went in the trash can.

I ordered this part using the correct specifications and it did not fit my car! If this is the type of after market parts that Amazon will make available, I'd rethink the use of the sub contractor, "Autoparts giant". The returning policy for third party vendors is confusing as well.
