Followed given instruction, scan gr code, loaded on phone cellular page, but failed to provide a telephone number. Message send to customer SERVICE written on given information, but 2 days passed NO RESPONSE. Beware travelers

This eSIM was perfect for my summer trip to UK, Ireland, and Paris. I bought 4 , one for each family member and we still had plenty of data left after 16 days in Europe.Understand if your device is locked, you must first call your carrier to unlock your phone. This has nothing to do with the product. And If you still making payments on your phone, you must have a zero ( $0 balance) to request a device unlock with a carrier.
