Positives: Mattress is so soft, it’s like sleeping on a cloud. That’s awesome if you like soft beds or if you have enough strength to get in and out of bed with some effort after sinking in. The frame and all of the mechanical parts were already about 90% assembled which was great! Literally, open box, unfold frame, screw in legs, plug in and go. It is heavy so you might need help.Negatives: So far, the mattress has not opened up evenly after being vacuum sealed for transit. The top right corner is noticeably sunk in more than the rest of the bed making sleeping on it flat impossible unless you scoot down lower or if you like sleeping with your head lower than your legs. The mattress also has not bent correctly when the head part or feet part is raised. We thought this was something that would correct itself with use and a little time, but so far it hasn’t. The natural bend is about 12” lower from the bend of the frame making the mattress lift. When Mom tries to get back in bed in the sitting position, if she sits where the bend is and turns to put her feet up, her feet hang off the bed about 9”. (She’s 5’3.) She then has to scoot up on the bed as it is lowering the head position. NOT ideal for a lady who just had surgery and can’t use her arms yet. This is the whole reason we bought the bed.Additional things to consider if you are purchasing this bed and need it by a certain date. The bed is shipped in two parts- mattress and frame. Mattress was received in just a few days. I only received one tracking number so it appeared that the whole bed was delivered according to Amazon. We were told we had to contact the shipper. Our frame was delayed even though the second tracking they gave us said it went out the same time as the mattress. The first frame was sent from California, where the company is, to North Carolina and damaged by FedEx on its way back to California where I live. The tracking kept updating and had a “delivery expected today by 9pm” several times. We waited at the house each time, missing work, missing school, missing appointments to make sure we could bring this frame in when it got here because its too heavy for Mom and she lives alone. FedEx claimed they contacted the shipper and returned it to the company at their request. Nobody told me and it took me contacting them (AGAIN) for them to send out another one. At this point, I felt like I was babysitting or begging to get what I ordered. The transit part was a nightmare. The follow up I had to do to keep this product “on its way” was ridiculous. Hopefully, this wasn’t a usual situation and I realize part was not the companies fault, but I feel someone on their end should have picked up the ball when problems started happening. It was “convenient” that Amazon stepped away when the company only produced one of two tracking numbers too.

The bed frame comes about 95% pre-assembled. It's impressively heavy but ready to go once you screw the legs on. It works well and the app is very friendly, I can't imagine the more expensive frames doing anything different.

The package is pretty heavy so be aware. But the reason is that this bed is well made! My husband is a welder/fitter, and is very impressed with its design. The wireless remote is much better than the ones on our old beds.The mattress is amazing in that it’s firm but very comfortable. There is no lingering odor as with some mattress’ that we have had.This bed fits together well with just a little assembly, and the sheets don’t slide and slip!Definitely recommend this bed! We bought two because we adjust them a little differently for each other’s comfort!

I purchased the Eshine 14' hybrid Mattress Twin XL plus adjustable bed frame as a combo set and I've just gotta tell you that I wish I would have purchased this bed a long time before now. It is the best investment that I've ever made. I have never slept so good in my entire life. yaw see I have a bad back and am getting along in age so I can't sleep lying flat and must have my head elevated. Please believe me when I say that this bed fits the job just perfectly. The mattress is not to soft and not to firm it is just right for me being a back sleeper but yet I can still roll around it needed with no confinement. In fact my ex saw my bed when it arrived and went out and purchased the same exact bed as I did for herself.Yes I would purchase from this company again and I recommend this bed to family and friends and everyone looking for a quality bed at a decent price.Way to go ESHINE Thank You!...

I brought my Dad home from the nursing home. Due to orthopedic issues, he needs a comfortable adjustable bed. Gentle memory foam top feels soft while laying. The supportive matress underneath allows him to move around and sit on the edge without squishing it down to far. He loves it. I highly recommend this bed at this price point. Its very comfortable. The presets on the remote are a nice convenience. Set up is simple. I sometimes steal nap in it because its so comfortable!

This is so soft and easy to relax in. Many adjustment. The USB under the bed is great to add a 10ft USB cable to which allows me to read and charge my tablet in bed while the wife watches TV. Underbed lighting is great and helps at night. Would like to see this as pressure activated sensor so it auto on when i get up, but its still nice to have it and that it will turn off automatically if I forget to turn it off.ESHINE worked with us when FedEx lost the first shipment. FedEx dropped the second shipment off 2.7 miles away form my home address and only because the company that it was dropped off at knew my family is why we have it today. None of this is ESHINEs fault but wanted to share our shipping woe and how ESHINE held FedEx accountable and made this right. They make a good product and their shipping company should not tarnish the brand.

Happy with this purchase. It is very comfortable! Great price! I needed to sleep in an inclined position due to a health issue. I tried 2 different wedge pillows. Kept sliding down off them. Finally decided time for a new bed. I bought the split king so my husband can sleep in what ever position is comfortable for him and I can be inclined. Worked out great! I read the reviews, I never thought I would buy a bed online without trying it first. Pleasantly surprised! Very comfortable and so easy to set up. Very quiet adjustments. Highly recommended.
