Repeater is good. It comes with one Combitip of 2,5mL, and a wall holder; but it does not come with a Combitip Rack or Combitip assortment pack as in the description.

For our use, this is a terrible product for the price. The plastic clip that attaches to tip pistons wears out quickly rendering the unit useless. for less money, the Handy Step S is built much more robustly and has a retractable metal retaining clip that won't wear out.
