Tested it at different voltages, works OK, but somewhere between 22V and 26-27V it did not work steady. "Kinda" shady zone, so I give it 4 star. Gave it 65V for a few seconds, to see if it heats up or burns. No, it worked OK. Moitored it with volt, amp, and watt meters for 10-15 minutes. It takes about 3 minutes to startup, then it slowly "gains the speed" up to a full wattage. It didn't even become warm at full load in 10 minutes.

Very nice!!!! all working and producing power, excellent, I wish I can purchase again...
