I ordered based on the photo provided by the seller, which indicated a plastic hanger. I specifically sought the seller out because of that photo.What I received was not the plastic hanger, but a paper type product to hold the moth cake. These are inferior and tear and are wider and take up more room than I wanted.

My family loves these not only does it do it’s job with regard to moths but it smells great and last for a pretty long time. Worth the investment in my opinion.

Very misleading and deceptive! The product has a picture of a plastic hanging container with moth bar.The product listing on Amazon also says: "The versatile plastic case features a sturdy hook for hanging on closet rods and a slim profile that takes very little space in your closet or garment bag"However all I received were the little refills for the for the hanging plastic container. Placed the order because I also needed the plastic case which is mentioned in the product description, since I wanted to hang one inside each closest inside my residence.Nowhere does it say on the product description that all you will receive are the little refills which are supposed to go inside the plastic case._______________________________________________Update: February 1, 2017Seller rapidly corrected their error. Tried to change the review to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service of the seller, but every time I try to increase the number of stars given in the original review the number of stars will not change.Once again, the seller had 5 star customer service!

Product must be seconds as the plastic holder breaks upon opening it. I have used this product before with a store purchase and have never had a problem.
