As a healthcare provider, I love myself a nice first aid kit and this is a good basic one for any household. It has a plethora of different items that you could need at anytime and is very well organized. I love that it comes in it's case, however, the case looks bigger in the pictures. The bandaids and some other items are probably not the best quality, however, in an emergency they will work fine until you put something else on it. The scissors are a nice touch, but only one set of disposable gloves so you will definitely want some additional pairs.

There are some useful items in this kit, but I will say up front that the included bandages are garbage. They simply don't adhere for more than 90 seconds before popping loose or falling off. Some of the items have no functional place in a med kit, like a snare or a too-small-for-anyone-but-a-child paracord bracelet. Some of the components are okay, however. The mini icepack is good, as is the mylar blanket and emergency poncho. Stuff like burn gel is a must have in any First Aid Kit. The kit itself is pretty large and well designed. It holds a lot of gear when packed intelligently. For what is really useful in the kit, and the bag itself, this is overpriced. You will be a LOT better off getting high quality materials like Curad bandages and putting your own kit together of really useful stuff instead of this BudK Budget pack of overpriced items of questionable worth.
