You will need to position the binding coil cutting plier tip into the right hand side of the coil. Ensure that the crimper is placed in the center of a curved coil. After that, squeeze the handles. Then flip your book over and repeat the steps above on the other side. With those simple steps, you can finish your spiral coils and have a spiral bound book that looks professional.

These work excellent with my binding machine I love that they are sturdy but not difficult to trim to size very durable. No complaints. Great bundle for the price.

My wife's review:The set of plastic coil binding spines from the Elsjoy store arrive in a plastic bag, with the coils bundled by diameter size.This is a big set of six different coil diameters. Perfect if you use your binder for a lot of different projects.There are 20 coils each of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" sizes. The coils are 12 inches long with 47 loops but you can obviously cut and adjust sizes to fit your needs.The spiral bindings will fit letter size paper (8.5 x 11.0 inches) and have a 5:1 pitch, fitting most machines that will adjust to 5 punches per inch.I haven't made projects with all the size coils yet, but the albums I've put together so far have gone together without a problem. I can use this in the auto coil setting of my binder or put them in by hand once the pages have been punched. The coils snip off easily to length with a pair of pliers and because they are PVC plastic they won't chip or rust.I particularly like the assortment of sizes this set offers; other sets I've seen only have one or two diameters included. I'd love to see a set that offered different sizes and colors.
