Super lightweight but still keeps me warm. Really comfortable to wear. The material feels nice, and the quality is solid. Fits true to size and looks great on. There are many pouches which is really useful. Highly recommend!

I like the look. It’s a bit more flair than I typically go for but it’s just a few details. It’s super lightweight but insulates exceptionally well. The lightness adds nothing so you can layer the heck out of it.

I love this vest, but it's surprisingly warm for how thin it is. The fit is perfect per their sizing chart, and it's super comfortable to wear. It can get toasty, but I was out in -20c weather with this vest and a hoodie, and I was warm as can be.In the spring and autumn, I can imagine only wearing a t-shirt and this vest and being fine. Great vest and it looks great.

I ordered this for my boyfriend and he likes it very much. It’s comfortable and it helps keep his core warm and protected when he’s outside in the cold weather. Material is lightweight and comfortable for all day wear. Looks great on him and makes a nice casual outfit look put together as well as functional. Runs true to size and looked a little smaller at first glance but it fits well, we size up on outer wear because of layering capabilities.

This mens vest is really nice and the stitching quality is good. It is fairly light so is best used when it's a little chilly but not actual cold winter weather. It's a nice style, colour and there's so many pockets with good depth to them which is always nice to see. Overall I do recommend it as a nice spring or fall vest.

Originally got this for my husband but he didn't like that the best had different material on one side of the chest. It fit him perfectly so it's true to size and the quality was great. He just didn't like it. So I gave it to my brother, he loved the style and said it is very comfortable and thinks it's very stylish. It was slightly bigger on him but it allowed him room to have a layer or two of clothing underneath.

Not sure why they're marketing this as workwear. It's the mountaineering LARP-wear that is very much at home in urban Pacific Northwest. The polyamide shell has a sheen and feel like silk.Fit • I'm a tall medium and the size feels true. The waist is an inch higher than my other vests. There is some room for a gut, but size up if you're portly. The shoulders rest wider than most vests, but it doesn't feel heavy. I can comfortably wear a hoodie under the vest.Color • The Sky Captain color in the photos is true for bright studio lights. It's darker under indoor lighting and leans navy blue tone in warm lighting.Collar • The collar wants to stand up. The left side folds down easy enough, but the right side stands up because of the wide wind flap. No snagging on my beard stubble. The collar will accommodate a hoodie, but the right collar still stands up.Quality • The materials seem to be high quality and the stitching is flawless.Misc • Extremely light at 13oz (360g) • Compresses down to the size of a large grapefruit • Zipper wind flap is thin and is prone to getting caught in the zipper • Zipper pull is on the right hand side • Breast pocket is on the right side. Men's shirts usually have the pocket on the left side, since most people are right handed. • Inner pockets are large. Can hold two 12 oz soda bottles. • Does not feel breathable, feels stuffy wearing indoorsCould be better: • The zipper flap. The thin material is prone to getting caught in the zipper. • The Pocket lining. It's like Velcro loop material that catches on any rough patch of skin, fingernail, or cuticle. I haven't encountered this problem with any other outerwear.Errors in the listing: • the waistband is not elastic • the Ellobird logo on the back of the neck is not reflective. However, the shoulder strips are light source reflective.

Very nice vest. Fits good and provides amole warmth. The style is subtle and nice. Goes with almost any outfit. Kept my core warm! I also used it while being active and playing sports, it wicked my sweat nicely.

I wanted a lightweight puffer vest to be able to layer when its not too cold outside that you can get away with full sleeves. The Ellobird lightweight puffer vest is exactly what I was looking for.It has a bunch of pockets with zippers – all of which can fit a large phone just fine. It has some reflective strips because why not. And it fits well with a slight bit of looseness but not much. I made sure to take my measurements before ordering it.I’m 6ft 2 inches and 170 lbs and I got the medium size. It’s always a bit hard for me to find something that fits my height well and I did find that an extra inch of length on this would be my preference. However, it doesn’t look short or anything by any means. Puffer vests inherently are meant to be shorter than a jacket anyway. Think bomber jacket short.Anyway, this is a good vest to be able to wear when its cool but not cold. It will work well with layering as well when I go on hikes so I don’t have a lot of bulk.
