Honestly got this for the aesthetics and not function, but now that I have it and it's next to my bed, I am definitely using it. I like that it's glass. You should be cleaning your things regularly, but I know people don't, and if you're one not to, you can't have an excuse if you can see right into it...I use the cup as a lid to prevent dust getting into the carafe and drink right from the lip of the carafe. Why? I'm washing this regularly anyway, and when I first got it and poured myself a glass of water at night, I was thinking about the water residue leaking down the carafe and onto the table just for me to clean that later. Eh, I'd rather use the cup as an easy-off lid and sip from the carafe. Less worries.Unless you have tiny hands, you will not be able to fit your hand into the carafe. It's pretty narrow, and only my fingers will fit inside when I'm scrubbing it. I use a bottle scrubber to reach the bottom.The glass quality isn't bad. It's definitely not super thick and heavy, but also not thin and too fragile. I'd say it's comparable to a nicer glass flute or wine glass, compared to the cheap ones you've probably broken a few times before paying the extra money for better ones.Overall, it's not bad. I enjoy having it, and it's def not something I feel I got just to have since I'm happy with the quality.

I have been loving this carafe next to my bed. It really helps encourage me to drink water to both end and start my day!

We use this at our bedside table because I’m bougie and we also have it on the living room table when we watch movies. We like it because we drink more water when we do that. In fact, I asked my husband if he wanted me to order him one and he said no. Instead, he drinks all the water and I have to keep filling it lol.The cup fits nicely in place and it’s easy to grip. Happy with my purchase. Packed very very well for shipping, and showed up fast.

Very light pink and looks like an actual antique. I wish I had more friends because I would definitely give this as a gift. What a stunner!!

Love this set. Have it bedside. Very good condition and look better in person, has a vintage look and feel to it. Hold 2 cups of water, ice and the cup fits neatly on top. Very cool household addition
