My complaint is not about the product itself but with the way that it was packaged and shipped. First, numerous screws and other miscellaneous parts that one would think would be included in a hardware kit were listed as installer supplied on the guide inside the box. That's a big annoyance, but if at least that documentation had been readily available on Amazon, we could have prepared for that; doesn't do much good if we can't see that until we open the box with the plumber onsite. Second, one of the boxes was missing a drain pipe. Both of these issues cost us time in terms of parts purchased and hours charged by the installer.Buyer beware; take the time to look up the product online and prepare to have spare parts at the ready or your installer will waste upwards of a day running around town to find the parts that should have been in the box.
