We are concerned about the quality of the sink as it is severely bent. Attempts to reach the manufacturer were not successful.

Have had this sink for over 2 years now, and am still happy with it. I was able to pick any size sink, and chose this 31” single bowl. I wanted to be able to fit each of my pots and pans into it flat. This is a good sink, and since it was under mount, I didn’t want it too deep, so chose the 8”. I didn’t like a grid we had in the prior sink, it just seemed to collect dirt. I wish they had a silicone or plastic mat that fit exactly.

Love this sink. High quality stainless steel. Happy to have the included sturdy sink rack tray and drain strainer. Drain’s strainer catches everything & usually has to be emptied while washing dishes which may annoy some. Very happy with this purchase.

The quality of this sink is much better than our old sink purchased at Lowe’s. The metal is thicker and has more sound deadening material. I also like the extra depth. Very happy with this purchase. It is a nice addition to our newly remodeled kitchen.

This sink was for a kitchen reno. It is excellent value for the price bcs it includes the massive sink grid/grill for the bottom. The scraps trap strainer is adorable, like a tiny pasta cooker pot. I find that the water beads on the walls and i have to wipe with a paper towel to make the sink look finished and clean. But even my husband likes it and he didnt think he would. Counter people had no prob with install neither did my plumber for the faucet install. Really great value.

Worth every penny, very thick and excellent quality, very quiet and easy to clean. My old sink was 18 gauge I am glad I got the 16 gauge. Also the corners are rounded so much easier to clean.

I have a only had the sink for a brief period so I can only report based on this time. The quality is good and sing cleans easily. The design of the sink is really nice.Update! Shink is great! My only gripe is the sink rack has these little rubber bumpers that fall off when you remove the rack to clean sink. I have already lost 2 bumpers and manufacturer doesn’t sell spares. Major design flaw in my opinion

This sink is awesome. We installed it to our quartz countertop. I really like the steel grating that goes on the bottom of the sink. It protects the bottom of the sink and at the same time allowing the water to drain better it seems. The debris does not accumulate on dishes that are at the bottom. We did not use the drain that came with it but connected it directly to a trash disposal. It is the perfect size for our use and is much better than a double sink. The depth is also perfect not too deep and not too shallow. We were looking for an 8 inch sink and this one was the right choice.Update. 6/3/2020. Still love the sink but a few of the rubber bumpers in the grate have been lost. They keep the grate from hitting the sink walls.Update 6/29/2020Contacted Elkay and they sent me replacement bumpers.I notice that when I tilt the grate forward to clean under it, the ends of the grates themselves can touch the sink corners where the wall meets the sink bottom even with the bumpers on. There are scratches on the sink from this but they are not very visible. Really does not bother me but thought to would mention it.I still like the sink and grate. It is a little bit of a hassle to clean under the grate but not a big deal. I like having the grate.I bought a strainer that does not fit through the sink drain hole in the grate so I have to tilt the grate to renove the strainer to clean it. This is when along with cleaning the bottom the scratching can occur.Another improvement would be if the angle of the bottom of the sink was steeper so debris drained better towards the drain.I still give it 5 stars though. Customer service was great as I mentioned.
