Luggage arrived in perfect condition with nothing broken. It's a lightweight luggage with more than enough room and can expand if needed. It kept my items clean and the wheels performed without a hitch. I bought this to use as a carry-on for a one way flight with layovers. I ended up having to check the bag as the overhead spaces were full by the time I boarded the flight. I was worried about it surviving intact because of the reviews on here and for other similar products, but it survived with only a couple of scratches which is par for the course imo.

Quality seems pretty good for the price paid. The color isn’t true to the description. The burgundy is more like a dark dusty rose in the light.

I was hesitant to buy a hard shell carry-on, because I really take a lot of stuff when I travel. But this seems to fit it all, just wish it had some side pockets so I could organize things better. But overall, it's great and very easy to maneuver

Loved the 4 wheels easy to roll. Wish there was a smaller bag to attach to handle for cosmetics because I wrapped my bag around the handle thinking it was a great idea and I needed both hands for a second to give the ticket collector my ticket and it toppled over and things spilled out of my bag and rolled under the train. Won’t do that again!!

Wheels are wobbly even on smooth flooring. Not able to adjust.Luggage itself is sturdy and has expandable zipper. Fits well in overhead.

I needed a small carry-on case for a business flight when my company asked me to make a trip to one of our other locations in another state-short notice. This came in only 2 days, and it was great for my one week in a hotel room!

I purchased to avoid the increased baggage fees on flights. I have mostly 3-4 day business trips and this was perfect for them. I was accustomed to soft luggage so this was quite different for me and wow does it work well. Plenty of space for a suit, pants shirts and toilet items. Love the 4 wheel caster set and the color makes it easy to find upon pickup when it has to be added to the below seat storage (no charge). I've done 4 trips since purchase with no damage so far.

Very smart looking and good maneuverability. The only caveat: the first time I put something inside the cloth zippered section, the cloth near the zipper tore. The zipper still works, but obviously the cloth is very flimsy. Overall, though, a good buy.
