I got this for a large cat that I have. She gets kibble with a 3oz can twice a day. The bowl is large enough for her meals and she doesn’t have to bend her neck as far. The metal stand is very sturdy.

Not only is this adorable but it also works well. I didn’t realize it came with a grip mat to keep it from sliding so that was a nice surprise. It fits to the stand well, as in not too large or too small. The stand sits at a perfect height for my cat so she isn’t bending down so much to eat. The bowl is wide and fits snugly in the stand so no worrying about the dish sliding around. So far been a great product

A bowl on a wire stand.Not much to it - it does include a rubber mat, though not clear if that is to be used under the stand, or under the top to keep the plate steady (it can be used either way).The supplied ceramic plate is a nice one; though not my favorite, it is a good one. (My favorite plates are a bit smaller in diameter, but fit if I use the mat under the top.)My older cats seems to appreciate not having to squat when eating, but I can't say he actually told me that :)He did not eat any more because of it, for example....so I'm sort of speculating that its' better for him.But I think it's a good idea to make things a bit easier for him as he ages, and this kit works well, without adding much complexity, and the wire stand is easy to clean.

Wish the bowl was just a little bit deeper but other than that I like it. I replaced the rubber road with a silicone mat that accommodates both water and food bowl.
