This is very well secured once all the bolts and screws are tightened. it took a bit of pressure to align the last piece to get the screw in, but once assembled, its solid.fairly simple instructions to follow, IKEA style step by step.Over all, a great headboard.

Great quality headboard! It took me an hour and a half to build, but honestly that’s nothing considering I did it by myself and with limited experience. It’s very self explanatory if you follow the directions, comes with all the supplies needed but I prefer to use an electric screwdriver to speed the process up. There’s two options to building, allowing for different heights basically. That’s the only part of the directions that confused me, but to no fault of the manufacturer I simply didn’t read where it said “choose one of the two build option steps”!The headboard looks great, is very sturdy and durable. The cord length for the LEDs is actually longer than I expected so it reaches right where my son’s bed already is, no need rearrange or add extension cord. I do need help putting it on the bed as that’s a two person job, so the photos only show the finished headboard after being assembled (please forgive the background) still needs to be bracketed to the bed frame. Will update with finished pics asap!Overall it’s a really awesome headboard, my son loves the lights and the outlets for his phone and other electronics!

There were some great difficulties in assembling this, and it took way too long, but we got it done. My husband did have to use some extra parts to get it attached to the bed frame, so that’s why I knocked it down some stars.Overall, I think there are better options for headboards out there.

My son put this headboard together for me tonight. It took him about an hour and a half. He expected it to be a royal pain in the butt, but he said it was surprisingly much easier than he expected.The toes necessary to put it together came with it so it basically had an Allen wrench and a screwdriver. The lights are really cool as you can see in my photos. I love that. It has the cell phone in slot for charging. Personally, I find it well worth the price tag And I think it would be especially popular among younger people, but even at age 60 I love it.It’s nice to get a product that goes together so easily. My son said it probably would not have taken an hour and a half but he was taking his time and just making sure it got done correctly. He works long hours and he wanted to get it all done for me this evening. He did a great job and the bed looks wonderful.
