I was looking for a way to heat my lunch as my shop is in a hospital patient room and I had to get rid of my microwave and refer. I still wanted a hot home cooked lunch so I bought this product. It heats frozen foods within 90 minutes and thawed foods in a much shorter time. The best part of this item is its concealability. I found that using small crockpot liners eases cleanup.

My husband works deliveries and is in and out of his truck from 3AM to 2PM every day. During the winter months he says it stinks to eat "cold" leftovers. He has been using this since December and he loves it. His food is warm, sometimes hot, and its easy to keep in his truck. It is easy to clean and carry around.

This lunch box works great. Keeps your food warm without overcooking it.

My husband drives a school activity bus and often misses dinnertime. This allows him to reheat a light meal while he waits hours for activities to finish. Newer buses may require a connection other than car lighter plug, but those are available online, too.

The lunch box has a substantial capacity for food and comes with two plugs: one for a car and another for a wall outlet. It's great for traveling, working, and even when there's no electricity at home, as you can charge it using a car's cigarette plug. This feature is particularly useful in countries where electricity may be unreliable or frequently shut off. The lunch box heats food efficiently and doesn't take long to do so. It's made from durable materials and is dishwasher safe.

I bought 2 of these, it’s a fairly good lunch box, however, the button fell out of one in abt the 2nd month. I also wished it had a stainless cover or coating on the inside because when it’s heated the steam basically goes to the plastic covering and the liquid from the steam goes back into your food.

It's an amazing product. Makes my food hot. Only con is that the food gets stuck to the bottom if you over heat. Other than that overall a great product.

I bought this electric lunchbox to use on an upcoming holiday road trip with family and I've been testing it at work and it's awesome. I very rarely bring food to work and when I do it's only cold food like salad/wraps. I do like going out for lunch and buying something different, it's not always unhealthy options out there but for the first time I tried bringing hot food made the day before. Meat loaf and mashed potatoes, (my work place has a microwave but honestly microwave taste of food gets old after a while and it's not really healthy for daily use). I followed the directions and added some water from my water bottle and I was shocked at how warm the food was, the mashed potatoes was just about hot and the meat loaf was very warm (I added more water to the meatloaf side , probably a few spoons worth of water for the entire thing). It was VERY enjoyable. There's some attention to how much time you give to warm up the food and how much water and where you pour the water but it's a simple process. Pour water in a corner of the tray, plug in and press power button about 40 minutes before you're ready to eat. I also tried cooked frozen chicken and pasta yesterday and it was delicious. The electric box heated the chicken thoroughly without drying it out (since I put some water before hand). It's excellent for warming up frozen foods at home or at work from my use so far.I haven't tried it in the car yet (the main reason I bought this) but the manual states it's less powerful in a typical 12V car, 60 watts vs 100 watts plugged into a wall (@24v you get 80 watts). that's still a fair bit of power but I'm sure similar to other electric lunchboxes that work in a car, it will take at least an hour to warm up cold food. I think that's fine. I do these 2 day long roadtrips annually and at night it's hard to get some good hot food that's not typical fast food chains, so my idea is getting a bigger lunch or dinner and warming up the leftovers during the later parts of the night before I reach the hotel or even at the hotel.I'll update my review if the car use doesn't work as I need it to.
