Don't buy. Didn't even pierce the can to start to open. I like to try things more than once to see if they will work. Didn't work! Started out looking like it would open can then clicked and stopped 😞.

Got this for my husband - it works very well - watch the videos so you know what you are getting and how to use it. It could be slower than hand cranking a can opener but because the cut is in a different location than a hand or even an electric stand opener, the edges are safer and arthritic fingers/hands get a break. It fits in the drawer nicely. Glad we go it.UPDATE: So, here we are many months later and the can opener does not function. It was a complete waste of money. My husband used it for a few weeks and that was it. We followed the instructions - changed the blade - made sure it is charged. It doesn't open any kind of can - even the type it originally opened. I wondered why he wasn't using it . . too late for returns. I wouldn't buy it again. If I could post zero stars, I would..

Why did I not buy this years ago? I have arthritis and this is a wonderful tool that makes my life so much easier. It is small enough to store in a drawer, and recharges so no battery waste. LOVE THIS!

I love my new rechargeable can opener! Like the video shows, you just place it on top of the can and it does all the work! When it finishes one complete round, just press the button again and it disengages itself! Sometimes the lid sticks to the magnet but, if it doesn't, the lid of the can lifts off easily.

This can opener worked great when I first got it then all of a sudden stopped opening dog food cans. I'm really not sure if it's the new batch of canned food that I recently received from Chewy or the opener. I don't open many cans.

Can opener works great but I have to remove most tops manually. The magnet is way too small and needs to protrude out further to attach to the can top so it can be removed.
