Product itself is quality although very poor packaging and since it’s a poly foam type of material they should have done a better job making sure it was protected. Have asked for advice on how to proceed with no response from Ekena Millwork. Highly unlikely that I would recommend purchasing from them. My project is on hold as I cannot install a damaged beam. I’ve paid for a damaged product and now have to repair it myself which was not what I had intended.
