Good fit based on Amazon's recommendation to me from my previous shoe orders. I used to wear a 10, but my feet are flat and have spread so an 11 was perfect. These provided the comfort and ankle support needed for my trail hike at Murchison Falls in Uganda last summer. They are pretty cute and kept my feet dry as well in muddy areas with puddles.

Bought for doing yard work. Like that boot high enough to support ankle. Did take wearing a few times to break in, were very stiff at first, but did break in and are now pretty comfortable. Recommend breaking in first before wearing for hours.

I recently bought these hiking shoes for a long hike up to a volcano. I was not sure how they would do in a slippery, rocky steep terrain but they were great! The shoes fit perfectly and were very comfortable. These are amazing value for the money compared to much more expensive options. I love the color too and I even got several compliments.They are durable and waterproof as well. So glad I bought them!

I thought these ran a tad narrow across the ball of the foot. I do not have wide feet but occasionally mediums are slightly too narrow, and that was the case with this and a couple other Eddie Bauer models I tried. The quality seemed ok, not great, but reasonable for the cost. I did not keep them so I am unsure of their comfort or durability over time.

As always Eddie Bauer does not disappoint this is a fabulous hiking boot with great tread and extremely comfortable the laces are excellent overall I would give it 10 Stars

For less than $40 these hiking shoes were fantastic. I bought these for an upcoming hiking trip, we don’t hike much so I did not want to spend hundreds on a pair of shoes I’m only going to wear a few times. The only thing is these are NOT waterproof. Do what I did and grab a shoe waterproofing spray for less than $10, problem solved. These fit slightly large but it actually worked out because normally thicker socks are worn hiking. I wore these for a short hiking trip here recently and they were very comfortable

I bought these for a trip to Montana/ Yellowstone this summer where we did a lot of hiking. My mom had bought a similar pair at double the price and had to stop wearing them halfway through the trip because of the blisters she was getting. I had zero discomfort and plenty of cushion with these. Would highly recommend these for people who are just starting to hike or taking a hiking trip. I did not even need to break them in! They’re actually pretty cute as far as hiking boots go. Can’t speak to how they hold up over time because I’ve only had them since August but after 7 days in Yellowstone and dozens of miles hiked, they are still comfy and looking good! I even saw a bear while wearing them and they did not inhibit me from running the hell away from there!!!!

I read so many reviews saying to size up, I’m glad I did not. I ordered my normal shoe size (I wear an 8 but I should have ordered a 7 or even 6.5 because the 8 was very roomy) and went for a semi-strenuous hike (about 4 miles with some elevation) and by the time I got back to my truck, these boots had stretched at least a full size and I was SWIMMING in them, I was tripping over the toes. Sure, the colors are cute and the sole is grippy. If you really want these specific boots, I’d highly recommend sizing down and wearing them till they stretch out. I ended up returning them and bought Keens (which are AMAZING but rather expensive, but definitely worth it).
