I live in a hard water area and I've tried everything to remove limescale. This stuff works better than anything else I've tried. My bathroom and kitchen sink are now gleaming.

My water is very hard, and even with a water softener the lime builds up. This stuff made my sinks and tub look like "normal" again, magically dissolving stains and scaly texture. While I had to make several passes and let it soak on heavy build-up, it works way beyond the standard bathtub cleaners I've tried. If you can use a scraper on heavy deposits, they will soften and come off like gum.The fragrance is pleasant, but the fumes are somewhat overpowering up close. Like any strong chemical, avoid direct inhaling for a few minutes.

The product works as advertised. Spray it on, let it sit for awhile, then rub off the calcium deposits. If you have a significant calcium issue, I suggest my method, which is to repeat the process at whatever interval, say a week apart, then scrub off what seems reasonable for that repeat. It may take longer overall, but individual sessions won't be as long, and it won't be as tiresome.

I live in a hard water area so get a lot of limescale build-up and Ecover limescale remover works just as well as products such as Viakal without needing such harmful chemicals.

Der Kalkentferner übertrifft meine Erwartung. Er ist kraftvoll beim entfernen von Kalk. Vor allem ist er angenehm verträglich füt Haut und Atemwege. Das war bisher bei allen üblichen Produkten mein großes Problem. Leider gibt es nur diese kleinen Flaschen. Ich brauche sehr viel und würde mich über Kanister zum nachfüllen freuen.

I finally ran out of the bottle of Limescale Remover I had for years. I found it no longer sells in the US. It was worth the wait to get a new one from the UK. It is effective and no worries about being very toxic.

This stuff was amazing. Heavy, thick limescale finally came up using Ecover. Just sprayed it on; let sit for 5-10 minutes, then scrubbed-in with a toothbrush and it all came up using a putty knife without any damage to the grout. AWESOME !
