Connectors came in a damaged padded envelope with a hole in the bottom. Haven’t had time to make sure they’re all there. Definitely do not look like the photo. These are old looking dull and do not match my shined black grid walls but still usable as I’m in a pinch and a fast approaching deadline…buyer beware if you’re wanting shiney connectors..I might be extra picky on this but I want the connectors to blend in and not noticeable in my store displays.

When I received my joining clips, there was a hole in the envelope that they were shipped in, loose, not in any packaging. When I opened the envelope, there were only 7 clips with screws inside. I was under the impression that I would be receiving 25 total clips. Even if it were 25 individual pieces, I still only received 21. I am very displeased with this purchase, and I will be pursuing a refund and returning.

Good item but not in damp weather. They tend to rust a bit. But they did hold my grid wall steady as they were designed to do.

I was previously using zip ties to hold the gridwall together, but these clips look much better and are easy to install. I gave it 4 stars because of the packaging that was used to ship it. Instead of mailing them in a box as you would with most metal parts, they used a bubble envelope. When they arrived, there was a hole in the package and I only received 19 of 25.
