This fit my 05F250 6.0. VIN at Ford and this check if it fits said this item wouldn't fit my truck. I purchased what they and Ford said would fit it was wrong. Reorder this part and it shows 1994-2002 is years this fit. My truck hasn't been touched from factory so this is according every fit check wrong yet here we are! Great part for replacement.

Overall this looked like a decent product but the bolt that they sent to hold the clutch on snapped in my AC compressor at 10 pound foot lb of torque and the torque spec for this was 13 pound feet, so it snapped before I even got to the recommend torque. Because of how it snapped there was no way to tap it out so I had to purchase a new AC compressor and then to install it I had to have a set of gauges, a vacuum pump and around 3lb of refridgerant. A job that I thought was going to cost me under $50 ended up costing me almost $450 after everything that I had to purchase to do the compressor replacement properly. I guess I should have used the factory bolt but it is what it is, the job is done now and I have a new compressor and I also now own a set of gauges and a vacuum pump. Just be cautious when doing this job, either get a grade 8 bolt or use the factory bolt, just don't use the bolt they supplied.

I saw the issue of larger diameter from another buyer, I measured mine before ordering to make sure. According to description it would be same size. However the one I received is slightly larger pulley. Everything else looks great. I put it on, just got to figure out what size belt I need now. Update: The longer belt I had to get was 100 11/16” #KO81000 gates.

Works my only complaint was it was a bigger diameter pulley than specified but no big deal got a bigger belt
