First off, I ordered this for my wife. She wanted suspension and a lot of gears for riding in the woods while hunting.My first complaint... the box arrived 3 days late and heavily damaged. There were holes in it, and they had been taped over with packing tape.The sprocket arrived bent, and the rear brake caliper was also bent, along with the disc... likely from whatever it was that punctured the box. Since it took 10 days (not just a week a advertised) it arrived 12 days before we were to leave for our hunting trip. Not enough time to ship this back and have a replacement sent out. So I fixed it.My first impressions once assembled was "Wow... this thing is heavy." It rides nice, until you try to shift onto the 3rd (highest gear) sprocket at the pedals. It just. Won't. Shift. Onto. It. I tried adjusting the tension, to no avail... so now she lost 1/3rd of her gear options.The bike looks good, and wasn't very expensive... but I would've rather spent twice as much for a fully operational bike.If you are looking for a heavy bike, that looks good, functions 2/3rd of the way and arrives damaged, this is for you. Given 2 stars because the suspension and ride is nice. That is this bikes only saving grace.
