Arrived a little bit dry. I had to add water to it. It might be good for pills but not for gelcaps. It does not stick to them.

Yall… THIS IS AMAZING! While I was “wrapping” my cats pill he was literally on his back legs dancing wanting it! I gave it to him and he devoured it pill and all! If you have to give your fur babies pills GET THIS MAGIC STUFF!

The listing for this pill wrap shows that it has a "New Look" but that it's the "Same Great Formula!" The labels of both the prior and new formulas indicate that this is not the case. They list different ingredients (pictures attached). I should've questioned it more when I noticed the "cheese" flavor was added. I used these pill wraps (prior formula) in the past to wrap pills I have to cut for my cat when he has a flare-up of his chronic disease symptoms. I never had an issue with this pill wrap and it helped coat the jagged pill so it wouldn't hurt his throat. It expired and he is in another flare, so I bought the supposedly same product with this new look. He had extreme diarrhea after the first dose, which has never happened before. I didn't give him the pill wraps for a couple of days and tried it out again, voila, massive diarrhea. Buyer beware. This product may be hypoallergenic for some animals but not for all animals. My already medically fragile cat is now in quite a state, and I'm sick to my stomach that I fed him this garbage.

I purchased the cheese and bacon flavor specifically because I already had a bacon pill wrap. Other people have reviewed the smell is overpowering, and they were correct. My cat didn't mind the smell at all, and that was helpful to mask the pills inside. The downside is I couldn't get him to take his meds because of how I have to prepare them. I can't wrap the meds and give it to him-he smells right through it. I have to put the meds into a capsule, then wrap them. Because of this, I have to use a wrap that's super sticky so it doesn't slide off. Because there was cheese, the wrap itself was quite greasy. I tried wrapping it in paper towels to absorb the grease and even let it sit for a few days in the hopes of drying it out, but to no avail. He would lick off the pill wrap and leave the capsule, defeating the purpose of the wrap. Overall, I would recommend this if your cat takes to the wrap without the use of a capsule.

Bought this for my cat who gets two pills a day. She's notorious for spitting out pills and is challenging to give her meds. Have used this for two days to wrap her pills and then I wrap it in raw food. So far so good! We are praying this continues to work as she is so hard to pill. The material is easy to work with to wrap the pills and stays around them pretty well. The container also has helpful instructions on it to improve success. We haven't tried to feed her only the wrapped pill without other food around it, so can't speak to how palatable it is on its own. Appreciate that this option without other ingredients exists because she is allergic to chicken and most other pill poppers or Wraps have some chicken elements in them.

This is the title of the product: "Easy Pill Ultra Pet Treat Wrap - Hypoallergenic Pill Concealing Pocket" -- while it may well be hypoallergenic, it is NOT a "pill concealing pocket" - is is a plastic jar filled with a noxious, sticky, blob. To use it, you need to get some out and put it around a pill. It's disgusting and NOT a pocket in any way, shape or form. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Really grateful to have found this product as we recently learned of a food allergy and needed a way to get Kitty to take his meds. Is it a little greasy? Yes. Does it smell unappetizing? Yes. What pill pockets don’t? I use a spoon to get a little out (avoids getting it in my fingernails) and roll it around the pill. A little goes a long way. He’s been taking his treat-wrapped pills consistently for 2 weeks now - so relieved!

I bought this in hopes it would make pilling our cats easier. One of our cats likes it, and mostly eats her pill as soon as we give it to her. Our other cat, who is the one needing a grain free pill pocket option, pays it no mind. He won’t touch it. Cats are unique, I think it’s worth trying!
