This is probably the best tub we’ve installed for bathroom renovations but I always cringe when I have to accept delivery of the tub because they are usually damaged 50% of the time. Carriers throw this around and the tub winds up damaged. It would be nice if Duravit totally protected the tub for shipping. You can do better than 4 pcs of styrofoam.

As a tall person, I’ve never actually fit the the tub correctly. Things haven’t changed but I get more of my body under water

Came cracked on multiple places! Second time ordering a bathtub (this was a replacement for the last cracked tub) from Amazon and this happens! I’m not bothering to send back this time because it’s too much of a hassle and I live alone! My contractors charge me every time they have to uninstall and bring it back down the steps. Smh

Really like this tub. Almost bought the 30" size but read reviews about how that was too narrow. Glad we got the 32", it's perfect. The back recline is very comfortable. Price point is very good.
