These would be effective dispensers if they would make the handle connectors so they would not keep breaking off. You cannot just replace the handle, but have to replace the whole unit, which is a real pain as you have to unscrew it from the wall and screw the new one back in, hoping the original screw hasn't rusted off in the wall, and the new one will have enough to hold on to.
