Good price for genuine DT Swiss pawls for their 3 pawl road wheel hubs (Note- these will NOT fit other styles of DT Swiss road wheel hubs). Sorry but I do not know if this is these are the same pawls used in their MTB hubs.

Pawls work on fh-904, but spring does not. Reuse old spring. Tip, don't over grease. I think too much grease caused one of the pawls to stick, therefore over stressing the other two leading to the failure.

I ordered it because I read a review of someone saying it fit their free hub. I have Giant hub with 3 pawl look same as the picture, so tried it even though it was DT Swiss. It fit and I'm riding again! Bonus, it came with the grease as well!!

They look like they are VERY good quality, well-machined, spring and grease included, but the shape is slightly different from the 4-pawl type, and they don't spring up after installing. You can tell the diameter of the rotating surface is slightly off, they don't sit fully into the space on the cassette body, the included spring is a smaller diameter than the 4-pawl spring, and even when using your 4-pawl spring they don't spring up, just sort of flop around. I think I have the Novatec D712SB cassette body, still trying to find pawls for it.

These pawls fit in my Formula DHT-148 Hub, but the spring that comes with the kit was too small so I had to reuse the old spring. Upon initial fitting the wheel feel like these pawls will work well in the hub, despite my old pawls being off cut and these being center cut.I have not taken my bike for a full year ride yet but I will update in a few months if they're still working

My Bontrager rear hub pawls exploded a few weeks ago and I came to find that Bontrager doesn't sell replacements, and neither does Formula, who manufactures the hub for Bontrager. You CAN buy a freehub body, but It's insane to pay $55+ dollars for a $3 part. These pawls looked similar and had free returns so I ordered them up and gave them a shot. The only difference I was able to find is that the "split" that the spring sits in is dead center on the DT pawls, and slightly off center on the formula hubs. This doesn't matter. They fit inside the channels perfectly, the spring sits where it needs to, the hub assembled perfectly, engages perfectly, and cost only $9.99 shipped. While I haven't ridden it much yet, given DT's track record, I expect that these pawls will last longer than the cheap taiwanese formula pawls. I don't expect to have this hub pulled apart ever again. Good luck!

Saved me money and time. Took my wheel to the bike shop and they didn't know if they could find a new freehub for my bike and how long it would take. Would've cost $40 from supplier and likely taken weeks with shipping and labor for the shop to fix it. I got this kit in two days and was riding my bike in about 15 minutes. Awesome value.

These fit Easton X5 rear hubs. Despite Easton assuring me that there's no pawl kit for that hub... Taadaa. You can see in the picture that the shiny pawl on the right which is the Easton original, doesn't have the split exactly in the middle for the retainer. This DT kit has pawls with the split exactly in the center. However, the radius, size, and fitment works perfectly for the hub I was installing it into. This kit saved me $70+ over buying a whole new freehub as Easton recommended 🙄
