There is a clip glued to the glass that prevents installation without alteration to existing bracket making it unusable.Returned it immediately and purchased one without the clip.Oh bye the way,there is no clip in the picture,anywhere.

Glass is perfect and fit perfectly. 5 stars for sure. The only thing is in my 2016 Hyundai Elantra, there is a little metal tab within the glass actuator that helps support the glass. Within the OEM actuator, there are 2 rubber clamps which hold/support the OEM glass. This aftermarket glass comes with one of the mounting brackets already permanently glued and this means you need to remove the OEM clamp that's more forward/closer to the mirror from the actuator. Along with that, you'll need to bend that little metal tab up and out of the way so the new bracket can align with the screw hole.
