The weight of the blanket combined with fragrant scent of lavender will soothe stress away, and the cover is easy to clean. The blanket is 37 inches X 19.5 inches and weighs 4.65 pounds. To heat: place in a clean microwave and heat for 1 minute intervals with 30 seconds standing time in between, until desired warmth is achieved. Check temperature before using - wrap should feel warm, not hot to the touch. Do not exceed 6 minutes total heating time. Do not leave unattended while heating. Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer overnight. May be left in the freezer until ready for use. To Wash: Remove cover and wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly. Do not wash or allow grain pack to get wet.

This weighted blanket is bigger than I expected and I'm really happy about that! It's such a comfort - the weight of it, the fantastic scent, and the soft cloth make it hard to resist cuddling up with it at bedtime. The storage bag is quite nice, too.

Love this. The subtle aroma of cinnamon and clove is very soothing. It's just the right size to cover your lap while seated or torso when lying down. I typically fall asleep within five minutes of laying down with this blanket on me. A great product all around, I would highly recommend!!

I have one in my car one at my job one for son and 3 extra plus the one I use in home. And I send them as gifts. One of my cats seems to dislike it and won't cuddle me if I have it on. The pillow case it comes w is the softest velour. It's real lavender and mint. Maybe lavendin im not sure. And I csnt say what kind of mint but I know its the exact same mint that my aunt grew and brewed sun tea w all my life. Theyre expensive and I had a few years ago too. When rhey came in rhe purple fleece and velour cases. But I adore them.
