There are no circular grooves for grip and seal oil proof the copper washer. Picture is misleading.Second: this is a passenger side front hose. It is specified, but not in the description, just in the app “configurator “ that says if matches your car. I didn’t se it at a glance and I ordered the wrong one.

I bought this particular product because Amazon said it was the right match. Needless to say everything was right....Excepting for the fitting that connects to the brake line. Now I barely know anything about cars but I was expecting to take off the tire unhook the hose from the caliper and connect new hose. This was not the case. I had to cut the connector off the brake line. Apparently it didn't have the right "flair" connection. Luckily I was working with someone who knew what to do. Had to run and rent a special tool from local auto parts store. I'm not saying this is the case for all cars but I drive a 2003 Saturn Vue and it wasn't the case for mine. So just beware when you are making the purchase.
