This hose fits well and is appropriately keyed where it goes through the frame-- it's a subtle key... only one of the hex points is rounded--Just FYI

Perfect fit on my 86 F150. You may want to spray some penetrating oil before attempting to swap this on all the fittings and where this meets the axle. It’s easy to break the hollow axle vent that holds this in place. Do note that the left and right brake lines have different size fittings so be sure to orient this correctly. You might consider replacing your axle vent hose while you are here since you have to disconnect it to change this hose.

was able to get it to work fine but not an exact fit for a 89 ford f150 4x4
