1st time rebuilding calipers, because there are none available in the aftermarket. However it was very easy to do, lots of videos out there on this. Photo at the beginning of disassembly, clean everything but be careful when removing the squared edged seal, I carefully used a pick. I also used some 0000 steel wool to gently clean the pistons, lubed with brake fluid. If you need replacement pistons Carlso confirmed yesterday that theirs are indeed aluminum like the original. I’m ordering up 4 pistons for future needs or lack of product availability! When reassembly use new brake fluid to lubricate the slots the seals go into as well as the seals. The outer seal’s lip needs to be started at the bottom of the grove & worked around into place. With some hand strength I could push the pistons back in allowing the outer dust seal to catch the piston grove. Test it afterwards with an air hose to make sure she’s working properly & seals are all fitted. Use Loctite medium grip on the bracket bolts when installing them. Super easy to do, most of my time on this was scrubbing clean everything!Note: if rebuilding the caliper doesn’t fix your sticky caliper look at the hose next for some blockage not allowing it to fully release.
