They are correct. It does NOT fit the rear AC condenser for 2012 dodge caravan. However I will not be returning it because the 2 screws it comes with do fit and my old ones were drilled out. So basically I don't feel like going to buy 2 $3 screws and get the $ back, return nd all that. In the photo is mine next to the new one.

Does not fit Town And Country / Voyager / Grand Voyager 2013. The bolt spacing is small.
