Solved my problem and was a relatively easy install. It would be nice if an exact fit part was available as all these are too long but they still work even if you have to coil them up.Good price quick shipping.

Made exactly like the oem cable. When I received it I thought it was way to long and started the return process. Before I started the next step on returning I decided to go ahead and remove the broken cable and found the dorman cable was the exact same thing as the original and works just as smooth. I installed this cable on a GMC C1500 Sierra. I have a GMC K1500 that I will be installing and have no dought it will fit.
