Worked fine at first but didn't play well with my other oem sensors after a couple days. Might work if you you used 2 of these as a pair instead of just one.

Works on W221 but you must replace all four at once or you will get a slight misfire with mismatched parts. No performance difference but will clear the check engine light. Remove any camshaft sensor blocking screws but do not remove the brittle connector to those sensors and you will DIY just fine.
