Exact fit with the check valve pre installed. I had to reuse the oil supply fitting, no big deal. Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the cheap gasket, do yourself a favor and get the metal cummins gasket, or use RTV on the one provided.

The Amazon's didn't know it fits on a first gen dodge w250 diesel.It works, and is actually easier to couple with the power-steering pump (I bought at a store-because of the core return) than the original (the improved way the housing shaped) good thinking. And it works great. Don't let those tiny vacuum leaks bring you down.

I'll give 3 stars because it does seem to work. The pump I recieved had the oil port in the wrong location. I had to use a 1/8" npt Male to female street elbow to be able to hook up the oil feed line. Otherwise the pump bolted in cleanly. Cant say for its longevity but can say it doesnt exactly fit.

The first vacuum pump I received from this dealer leaked at oil seal and I had to request another pump which was immediately shipped and I received it in two days. Apparently these pumps are casted/forged in Argentina and bolt holes where steering pump mounts, will not allow theOEM skirted nuts to sit flat unless you file away the rounded corner or use regular nuts with lock washers. If your Dodge Ram is 98.5 or newerthis pump does not have the one way check valve like your OEM Vacuum pump but it works just fine without it. Before you go through the install of this pump, throw away the thin gasket which comes with is pump and buy the OEM or Cummins gasket, it is metal centered and thicker so it doesn't tear as you try to install the vacuum pump. There is no core return required so I rebuilt the OEM vacuum pump and have it boxed for a spare. The price is right for this pump when you compare it to what an OEM pump will cost.

Installed on my 2001 dodge ram 2500 about 2 months ago. Fit was just fine stopped the leaking and have had no problems with it at all and the price was unbeatable. Complete saticfaction. Thank you.
