Replaced the unit in a 73 Mustang. The ears that align the unit were too wide for the cutouts in the tank so they needed to be bent to fit. Once in the unit reads 1/8 tank less than actual amount. Ordered a new gasket so the unit can be pulled and the float arm bent to improve accuracy. Extremely disappointed in this sending unit.
