A good OEM replacement for my 1991 5.7L R3500 Cheyenne truck. My biggest difficulty with the kit was compressing the 3 stiff springs to start the washers and nuts for each of the 3 studs. My remedy was to completely compress each spring in a vise and tightly zip tie it compressed and install the spring zip tied in order to start the nut and washer assembly. I used a mediun size zip tie and cut the zip tie once the washer and nut assembly was sufficiently started. Not OEM Service Manual procedure, but it worked for me. The part is a direct fit. The quality is good.

Looks like a good piece, the price is right at least. I didn't want to mess with headers so this was the easy fix, my old one cracked around the O2 sensor. A few of the ports have too much flashing on them, but its nothing a little dremel work wont fix, and its not "necessary" but Im sure it will help them flow a bit better. It came with plugs for the AIR tube, and also a plug for the O2 sensor, which was nice

my orignal manifold cracked in 3 places, i was planning on going to a junk yard. but this is soo much eayser to handle and fit. very nice part would buy again.
