Fit my 95 c1500 with 4.3 engine. Would have given another star but studs that came with it were too short to work so had to purchase Dorman’s studs locally. Studs that came with manifold are not the same as the Dorman studs you can buy separately imagine that in this day of time. Shame on Dorman.

I thought this was a good after market replacement but after installing it I found the heat shield interferes with the back most plug and the front plug is so close to the manifold you can’t get a socket on it and had to use a crows foot to install it which took entirely too long. Next spark plug change will be very difficult on the passenger side. I would look for an alternative before buying this manifold again. Also you still have to source your own hardware to install it to the head.

The 3 flange bolts where not finish being machined, the threads where flat ( not deep enough). I have been a machinist for over 30 years and these bolts (studs) should not have been even put into the package. The tin heat shield is a poor design and had to be removed. I just went down to the auto parts store and bought a stud kit and installed the manifold. Would I buy it again ...yes.
