Old tray bolts rotted and the hold down bolt broke off in the threaded tray side. Took a while to get the old one out But The new tray had all the hardware and fit perfectly.

This battery tray looks stronger than the factory tray. I had to replace the original because the battery hold-down bolt had frozen too tightly to loosen and I had to pry the battery out with a bar. When I put the new one in I noticed the bolt clips look better than the originals, and I put ThreadLoc on the battery hold-down bolt to prevent future corrosion. It holds the battery very snugly, and for the cost is money very well-spent.

Replaced the previous tray because the built-in nut for trapezoidal battery holder bolt was spinning freely so the old bolt could not be removed. Looks like the original GM design is almost intended to do this once rust sets in as the outside nut appears round, and not hex-shaped. Had to cut off the old bolt to remove the battery. The new Dorman tray looks like it addresses this issue because the nut is not perfectly round. We'll see. Otherwise, exact fit, installed easy, and is working well.
