This nautical type blazer jacket is fully lined and has deep pockets. I had to iron it when it arrived, but the wrinkles came out with just a little water sprayed and a low iron heat setting. I am 5'4" 160 lbs and the X-Large fits well., hitting just below the hipline. I believe the garment is made in China, so I crossed my fingers when ordering the size which would usually be too big for me, as clothes made in China tend to be cut small. the blue is a true navy blue.

As others have stated it wasn't navy blue but more of a dark teal. I returned it because it was ill fitting. Sleeves were longer than expected and bust was bulky. It wasn't designed very well. The length was great.I was disappointed to discover i had to pay ti send it back at UPS...BE VIGILANT IN ORDERING
