Great quality hat for your furry friend. If yours is anything like mine, it’s a little bit of a struggle to first place it on them but once it’s on, it’s staying on. Rory seems to have no issue with it and it’s just so stinking’ cute on our walks

This certainly does not fit my dogs head that well and she didn’t love it at first, to be expected, but in general, keeping the sun off her eyes makes me very happy. And she looks adorable in it. I do have to roll the back of the hat a little bit to get it to sit right and it still doesn’t sit right but it’s good enough. She will continue to get used to it but my dog is also very amiable in general with stuff like this.

Bought a medium as it said 17cm diameter, received a medium and it measured 11cm diameter, and choked our dog. Refunded through Amazon as seller did not respond to issue I raised.

I have an 11 pound Havanese, I got her the medium size and it fits good. There’s an adjustable chin strap that helps keep the hat in place. When I first took it out of the package I thought it looked too small but when I actually put it on it worked!I’m not sure how much protection this really provides, probably a little but the brim isn’t very prominent. Honestly, I got it because it’s cute 😊

The hat was a dissapointment. The small was way to small. The hat could have worked (possibly) if the ears part of the hat was flexable using elastic perhaps.And, the inside part that is touching my pet is very rough to the touch.If it were on the inside of my clothing, well its not just one part its all around.

I cannot even imagine the "assumptions" a manufacturer has to make to design such a "general" product.The DogHat does not actually "fit" like a hat, but rather is placed to the back-top of the head.There is actually no "head-room" in the DogHat so it sits flatly on top of the head and the chinstrap folds it down around the sides of the head and secures it under the chin.The first problem is with the chinstrap-catch, it is not strong enough to tightly-secure the chinstrap under the chin & hold the DogHat onto the dog. So it loosens instantly and the hat falls-off to-the-side.I ordered an XL-size, which was not even "listed" on the enclosed Product Description(?)...it simply sat on the top-back of my Bully's head with the Hat-bill pointing up towards the sky.It sat on the top-top of my Pittie's head with the Hat-bill covering her eyes, unless flipped-up (position won't hold).The DogHat is "well-made" as far as "material & stitching" & it has no "elasticity" (stretch) to it or it's chinstrap.It should also be noted that not all dogs "tolerate" wearing clothing articles, especially if they cannot be securely worn/attached.As an option, perhaps research (human) children/infant Hats which may offer more styles & sizes, requiring only ear-holes to be added, if required!Good luck shopping & keep it waggin'!

Since theres a lot of conversation on the sizing, I ordered the XL for our standard poodle, who is about 8 months old and 35 pounds in these pictures, and it fits him perfectly.- Material and build of the hat is great- Normally he’s fidgety if he has to wear something, but after a minute he didn't mind wearing this at all.- It does a really good job of shading his eyes.- The hat sits pretty flat on his head, but it has just enough shape to look like a baseball hat.
