It says it works for a 3.2, but there was no idler pulley. But after looking at the pictures it shows 2 tensioner pulleys, also no instructions or marks on the timing belt

One of the idlers are incorrect. At least for the 3.2 engine ,it may be correct for a 3.0 . One idler should be offset and the other on center . The kit contains 2 offset idlers. Don't use both offset idelers. It appears their other kit that includes the water pump has the correct idelers. At least for my 3.2 GM engine
