Great looking and original controllers for Zelda fans. It's not perfect, joycons always were a little too small anyway. But it's a must for Zelda lovers. Device can also be used to charge the joycons. Triforce is red for charging, blue when full. There are some overlays for joycons that make them look awesome.

Works great, the angle of the controllers is very comfortable for playing while charging and it's just a plug and go, will be buying more designs/colors if they have them!

It works great, but I thought that it was going to charge my phone while it was not plugged into a charger. Sadly, it does not charge without being plugged in. That's why it's 4 stars.

It was disappointing to discover that when the device is charging the Joycons, the light is red, otherwise it is blue. But since the joycons constantly are draining battery, this is constantly charging them and so the light is always. You can slightly pop the Joyconsout to get the blue light, but then they aren't charging. Not a huge problem because the red also looks nice, but I would've liked blue better. (They also show blue in all the images). Sometimes the light is magenta, because both colors try to shine, but idk what causes this. Also, the controller itself holds no charge. If you unplug it the light just goes out.Besides that it matches very well with the Zelda joycons. The gold is slightly darker but still looks decent. The holes in the middle tho are kinda awkward. You get use to them after a while, but it can be a bit uncomfortable depending on how you grip the controller. I kind of wish they had clear pieces of plastic to cover up the holes. However the angled shape of it actually makes it a rather comfortable shape. In fact, it's very similar to an Xbox controller in both size and the angle, while also being thinner and lighter than an Xbox controller.Despite my issues, this is still by far the best joycon control I've found. Not perfect but you could definitely have worse.

I got this Zelda themed grip and I paired it with some IINE silicon cases / sleeves and as you can see, they look great. My goal was to make a TOTK controller with the other IINE golden shells, but it turn these ones look better IMO. Now, the grip is made of thick materials, not cheap fragile plastic like many others here on Amazon. It can charge the joycon via USB-C and the triforce turns red while it's charging. It's not super comfy like the original grip, but it's portability what you're looking for here. The rails are made out of metal, not plastic, it will last longer and the design is also really good quality. The gold color is OK, not gold like the TOTK joycons, but good enough. I also tested it with the Hori Joycon with the cable attached but it doesn't work, it's the controller's fault, not the grip, it was worth the try I guess. Overall, really satisfied with the quality. Best themed portable grip

I love that it’s slightly angle for a different hold then others who are straight. Great quality feels more solid then my joy con grip I got with my switch.

Yes, YES it does! It looks like it was part of the set! I used the clear grip covers to add some protection and grip on the back to fit my hands better. Definitely a great bargain at the Black Friday price. The grips are angled into a comfortable position and the charging port at the top provide a perfect all around solution. A game carrying case I found in Amazon too also matches the colors perfectly, pictures added for those who want to match their sets.
