I bought this for my autistic nephew and he has hours of fun with itNot exactly kinetic sand but he still enjoys it though when he has a choice he gets the kinetic sand out first. But this item works and is a good value

The sand toys that are sensory toys are excellent. In my opinion, these are some of the very best toys available right now for many many ages. Heck even grandma and grandpa. like to get their hands into this pretend sand and play around and make something out of it. The sand is cold because it does not actually stick to anything so what’s an easy cleanup and everything is in one bin which has a cover and they can just in The bin that they get with it and keep any messes within that besides the sand which is not like real sand it has a very soft field and it does not get all over the place and should get over the place as a very easy cleanup with your hands if necessary, you can vacuum it come with lots of toys that have a theme and you play in the sand with them. Our twin four-year-old grandchildren just love playing with these and their mom loves them too because she says on days when they’re not feeling well these are the toys. She pulls out because they can sit quietly and just play with it and then when they’re done, she just puts it away in the bin with the cover on it until they play with it another day and absolute great toy and a very reasonable price. It would make a wonderful birthday gift for your child to take to someone else the sand band to get a big A+ from me.

This set has everything to keep your child busy for at least 30 min. Yes some pieces are made from cheap plastic,but my kiddo enjoyed playing with sand and dinosaurs. Next day i was hiding beads and he was digging and counting them .

I love this sensory bin! There are more than enough items to keep your child engaged. I wouldn’t suggest putting all the items in the bin at once, as mine found it overwhelming. Instead, pick 3 to 4 items to use for the day and rotate in a new set the next day. This approach has made it really exciting for my 3-year-old. The sand has a nice consistency; it doesn’t stick to your hands and feels more like kinetic or magnetic sand.This sensory bin is super engaging and perfect for any kid, especially those who love dinosaurs. It’s also versatile, as you can hide different toys in it. My child plays with it for about an hour a day, and I’m happy to do other things while he plays independently. I don't recommend for kids that still put random things in their mouth due to the sand, small rocks, and other small plastic parts.I think this is a great product! It makes for a good gift as well since it comes in a nice box and its own little case for easy storage. Highly recommend!

My 5 year old son craves sensory toys. I decided to get this because it comes in a bin that contains the mess. We opted not to use the sand indoors because it will get everywhere. This set is fun and my son loves the Dino-truck. The small Dinos are very simple and half of them balance on level ground. The big Dino is nice. The container is great and as a set it really fun.

This sensory bin comes with everything a kid would need for an afternoon of fun. It has sand, rocks, molds, and toy dinos to create a prehistoric scene. I only have two complaints about this set: the sand is pretty low quality and quantity. And the little white and blue rocks are a bit too small for this kit; they will mix together with the sand and make the sand unusable, so I didn't include those when I gave them to my kids.
