The manual for this device mentions installing the driver software. However after searching for an hour trying to find a place to download it I sent two emails to Digitallife both of which bounced back saying "No Address Found".Yesterday I got a response from them (I don't know how they got the emails) stating that the device does not need drivers for newer versions of Windows. So I hooked it up to my computer and all works perfectly. (I'm using this strictly as a MIDI interface)I have now been in contact with Digitallife several times and their support has been wonderful.So for all future purchasers I say this: This Interface works great and you don't need software drivers for the newer OS's. Pay no attention to the manual in that regard.I hope this saves someone the hour it took me searching for the drivers.. :-)

I genuinely thought this would be a 5 star review as the unit solved all of my MIDI routing problems and more. Yet, after a few days of pure joy, it stopped working. It would start up fine but then stop working after a few minutes. I thought a quick email to support would help but alas the email address bounced and there's no way to contact DigitalLife. I assume this is a shell company with no real concept of customer service. Returned for refund.

No matter what mode I select, I can't find the perfect I/O configuration for my simple MIDI setup. A user manual would have helped!
