For high-temperature measurement, a professional digital thermometer is designed to work with two external K-Type thermocouples. High-temperature range: -50°C to 1300°C (-58°F to 2372°F). It has built-in microcontroller software, and the twin thermocouple input terminals allow it to measure two samples at the same time.

The plastic on top of the thermocouples will melt very easily!!

The product has become incredibly inaccurate, to the point that I can no longer trust or use it. I have used cheaper thermometers that were more accurate than this
