These work well, hard to get a clean start with no pilot bit, of course that’s not practical.

I have used the 1/4 inch bit to make 6 holes in porcelain tile and it is still holding up. I clean the center of the bit often and I also dunk the bit into water often also. So far I am happy with my purchase.

Just needs a steady hand and let drill do it's job

I drilled one hole through a 11/4" granite and that was it for the bit.Do not recommend it. I drilled at an angle to get it started, and also drilled 5 seconds with it and dipped it in water to cool it down, which I learned from watching a video on you tube since the product does not have instructions either.

I ordered this diamond drill bit selection for an outdoor sculpture project that I am working on. The masonry bits that I have weren't able to drill the granite rocks I am using on my sculpture. These bits were like and night day, drilling the holes that I need in no time flat. I was able to drill a 1" deep hole in the rock in the picture in less than a minute. I was surprised at how easily it was to get the bit started without any wondering and the hole stayed true and didn't elongate any the deeper I drilled. These are making my project so much easier and this set was very much worth the investment.

It was probably user error but I found this a little hard to use with light slipping.
